Fall 2016 YSC Recreational Season
posted by Julie | 7/12/2016

Fall 2016 Registration will be closed as of Monday 8/1/2016. If you register before then it will still be considered late and include a late fee, but we will do our best to try and place your player on a team. If we are unable to place we will issue a full refund. If we have openings that need filled as we form teams we will posted here and on facebook.

Online registration for the Fall 2016 season is now open. Any player born in 2012 or before is eligible for the Fall season.

If you prefer to register in person, we will be at Mazzios Pizza in Yukon (Cornwell between Main St and Vandament) on Saturday, July 23 from 11am-3pm. This will be the only walk in session.

Registration is $60. (A $25 late fee will be applied as of 7/25/2016). Games will start after Labor Day and be done by Thanksgiving. The youngest ages will play games in Yukon at Ranchwood fields. Older teams will play primarily in Yukon with some games in Mustang or El Reno. Games will mostly be on Saturdays for all in house rec teams with exceptions for weather or scheduling issues. Any Sunday games will be in the afternoon. Traveling rec games are assigned by Oklahoma Soccer Association. Traveling rec teams are in the older divisions by request of the team or if there are not enough teams to form a local division.

Per US Youth Soccer, new age divisions take effect this season - so players will play with their birth year instead of the previous school year type format (Aug 1-Jul 31). Players can play up, but not down. This may affect returning team placement. Returning teams will be placed in the age division of the oldest returning player unless requested otherwise by the coach. Returning players will automatically be returned to the same team provided that the team is available to them and that the player does not ask to be placed back into the pool of players for a different team assignment. Players can request to remain in their birth year age division.

See below for players birth year and age division for Fall 2016. Note that in recreational soccer, ages U11 and up play in divisions of 2 age groups.

2006-U11 (U12 Rec)
2005-U12 (U12 Rec)
