The procedure for postponing and re-scheduling a regular season game. 1. You MUST contact the opposing coach by Tuesday the week of the game to inform them that the game will not be played. 2. Email the referee coordinator, Mike Lutts, so that he will not assign a referee to your game. Email at mlutts@cox.net. 3. Get in contact with the opposing coach again to arrange a time you can make the game up. Agree on two to three times and get with Mike (mlutts@cox.net) to set up a referee. It is not the responsibility of the club to reschedule your games for you. If you do not officially cancel your game by Tuesday, you will be responsible for paying referee fees when you play your game. When your game is played, email your score to scorekeeper@yukonsoccer.net. |
